When you'd hear it

-게나 belongs to 하게체 and is mainly heard from older speakers addressing someone junior or familiar. It often appears in dramas, novels, and deliberately old-fashioned speech, and is uncommon in ordinary modern conversation.

What learners get wrong

It is not a standard polite request like 주세요 or -아/어 주세요. Compared with plain -게, -게나 can sound more old-fashioned and gently insistent, so it is usually a character-specific or literary choice.
